What counts as a "location"?

A location is a physical workplace (restaurant, store, office, job site). Most small businesses only need one location. Multi-location businesses pay per location.

Why don't you charge per user?

We believe team management tools shouldn't penalize you for growing your team. With per-location pricing, you can add unlimited team members without worrying about costs.

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. Cancel anytime from your account settings. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Your subscription continues until the end of your billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) and ACH bank transfers for annual plans over $500.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes! Upgrade anytime and get immediate access to new features. Downgrade at the end of your billing period. We'll prorate any differences.

Is my data secure?

Security is an active engineering priority. We use modern cloud security controls and continue hardening as the platform evolves.

Do you offer discounts for nonprofits?
